Unnikannan Alphonso mangos grown in the Bandipur National Park, Karnataka, India which is blessed with soil, sun and humidity that imparts a very unique aroma and flavour to its mangos.
Unnikannan Alphonso mangos are harvested before it ripens on the tree. The fruit is then laid on hay and allowed to mature the natural way. The colour changes from green to golden yellow and starts imparting its unique, sweet aroma. You may want to know that at our farms we never allows chemical agents to hasten the ripening process.
Alphonso mangoes are famous for its aromatic smell and delicious taste these are carefully packed and sent worldwide to enjoy the season of King of Fruits. The time taken for transport to the final destination of delivery decides the stage of ripeness at which the mango needs to be packed. Each mango is then checked for any superficial skin blemishes before they are packed. The choicest fruit are individually cushioned in grass, paddy or wheat straw, paper cutting and then gift packed in an attractive and sturdy card board cartons. Finally, each carton is strapped and sealed making it worthy for travel over long distances. Knowingly, we never take a chance. |

Harvest
